Mixing in glass: To mix place 3 1/2 teaspoons of Re-Fuel into a glass and fill with 475ml of water, and stir with spoon for 15 seconds.
Serving Suggestion
Take Re-Fuel pre-workout, during and post workout. Shake well prior to consuming.
If a larger volume of water is taken whilst consuming Re-Fuel, serving suggestions are: 5 teaspoons for 1 litre of water or 11 teaspoons for 2 litres of water
