I have the vanilla ice cream flavour, at first, I wasn't fond of the flavour, but I worked out just use one scoop (20g) with 300ml water instead of the recommended two scoops. It tastes perfect not too sweet. Sometimes I add some choc/caramel topping, mixes with water just fine. I have two shakes a day to get the 40 grams serving size.
