INGREDIENTS

Beta Alanine

Supplementing with Beta Alanine in clinical research has led to improved anaerobic performance via an increased capacity of the muscle to buffer hydrogen, which is accumulated from lactic acid, more efficiently. The mechanistic action of this occurs via the rate-limiting impact Beta-Alanine supplementation has on intra muscular Carnosine levels, of which it is currently the only amino acid shown to independently enhance its saturation level.

Citrulline Malate

Citrulline Malate supplementation in the research, like Beta Alanine, has been shown to improve specific anaerobic performance, via enhancing strength endurance, repeat bout efforts and power output in high-intensity athletes.

As a secondary mechanism of action, Citrulline Malate may also improve peripheral vasodilation of the blood vessels due to its positive impact on Arginine biosynthesis.

Di-Creatine Malate
