Online orders are shipped on the same or next business day to that the order is received. Mail, or Phone orders are shipped once payment is received/cleared.
We do not ship orders on Saturdays , Sundays or public holidays.
All Orders over $150 receive FREE SHIPPING (Only Sydney Metro)
Orders of value less than $150 are charged freight and handling fee of $9.95.
All orders are shipped via Courier (Fastway) whenever possible. If Fastway shipping is not available in your area, your package will be shipped automatically via standard Autralia Post
Shipment of orders within the Sydney metropolitan areas will be via courier
Orders for country regions will be via regular Australia Post.
On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order. If an item you ordered is going to be backordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via phone or e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available.
Here at Supplementwarehouse.com.au we have a great relationship with our suppliers so we are usually able to get your products very quickly. If your backordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner, we will delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If we can not have your item(s) soon after receipt of your order, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the backordered item(s) as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you. In the event several items are backordered, you may receive several partial shipments.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
You can always write or call us if you'd like to verify your orders status. We will provide you an online tracking number for status and location tracking on request.
DAMAGED & INCORRECT ITEMS
At Supplementwarehouse.com.au we do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.
